Meet the CRM
Laura
I’ve worked as a Customer Relationship Manager in the care sector for 6 years now, both commissioning new homes and supporting established homes with their customer relations.
My role is to introduce new families to the home, guide them through the process of looking into care for themselves or a loved one, and help them during the transition of moving from their home into a new community.
My passion for working in the care industry has grown significantly over the past 6 years, and continues to do so every time I make a difference to someone’s life, by supporting them and their families during their move into residential care.
When I’m not at home, you’ll find me spending time with my family and friends, participating at a local parkrun on a Saturday morning, or enjoying a coffee in one of Chelmsford’s independent coffee shops!
